The San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey is taking strides in his personal life.
Despite a challenging 2024 season, the 49ers star and his wife, Olivia Culpo, recently shared exciting news about her pregnancy on social media.
However, in conjunction with her pregnancy announcement, Olivia and her sisters, Aurora and Sophia, collaborated with the swimwear brand Cupshe. The Culpo sisters posed for Cupshe’s striking photo shoot as part of their Vacation Edit collection.
This collection saw the sisters modeling various swimwear styles, including Sophia in the Bella Rosa Bikini Set and Aurora in the Orange Gelato Bikini Set.
Additionally, Culpo made the most out of the occasion to show her baby bump while modeling alongside her sisters.
Christian McCaffrey Had A Troubling Last Season
While his wife and sister-in-laws are taking over the internet, Christian McCaffrey is leaning back from an injury ridden season.
McCaffrey faced significant injuries, including calf and bilateral Achilles tendonitis, which led to him starting the season on injured reserve. He made his return to the lineup in Week 10 but only played four games before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
Additionally, his performance during the season was disappointing, with a total of 50 carries for 202 rushing yards, 15 catches for 146 receiving yards, and no touchdowns.
Despite his struggles in 2024, McCaffrey had an impressive previous season, during which he was named Offensive Player of the Year. He also led the NFL in several categories, including rushing yards and total touchdowns.
His disappointing 2024 campaign came after signing a significant contract extension in the offseason.
However, the 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan has stated that McCaffrey is now healthy, and there is optimism about the depth in the team’s running back room.
